Should you need to return your barcode scanner or accessories, you will have 20 days from the date of the invoice to request an RMA and 30 days from the date of the invoice for delivery to barcodescannersstore.com.

 Return Requirements

• You must call us to get an RMA number. All returns without an RMA number will be refused and/or returned to you at your expense.
• Products and product packaging must be in new condition (no writing on box, product is in original condition, and includes all manuals and accessories). We suggest double boxing the product to ensure a full credit.

 Return Directions

1. Please call one of our barcode scanner specialists at 800-374-3472 to obtain an RMA number.
2. We will send you an RMA packing slip via e-mail which must be included with your shipment. DO NOT WRITE THE RMA# ON ORIGINAL PACKAGING!
3. Return your product to barcodescannsstore.com within 3-5 days of receipt to ensure delivery before 30 days from date of invoice.
4. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges for returned products.
